Salvetti collaborated with Zurich in the development of a project aimed at understanding the insurance category’s fundamentals for all its relevant publics, including mediation.

Zurich Group is a leading insurance company that serves its customers both globally and locally, thanks to its its presence in 170 countries. Its history in Spain dates back more than 100 years. The company currently leads the market, employing 2,000 people, and is also the most solvent insurance group in Spain according to Moody’s. In terms of customers, the firm’s reality is just as impressive, with 2.4 million customers who have signed 3 million policies. Zurich ensures 85% of IBEX 35 companies. Salvetti collaborated with Zurich in the development of a project aimed at understanding the insurance category’s fundamentals for all its relevant publics, including mediation. The project’s purpose was, on the one hand, to identify insights in the insurance market that would activate opportunities, and also to trace a segmentation by needs, thus enabling Zurich to better adapt its offer to each public of interest.
