CEYS – Assembly adhesives

Founded in 1962, CEYS is the Spanish market leader on adhesives, glues, sealants and products for home improvement and construction.

CEYS produces a wide range of adhesives, glues, silicons, fillers, tapes… that fulfill absolutely all the needs of gluing and sealing, being applicable to all type of materials and situations. Salvetti Llombart developed a research project that allowed CEYS to get to know in-depth the market of assembly adhesives, in particular for its brand Montak. We delved into the market dynamics, purchase process and usage occasions as well as the satisfaction factors that Montak has to work on. On basis of a methodological mix of ethnographies and quantitative analysis, we reached objective segments, drivers and growth routes for the brand.
