In 2014, Unilever Spain decided to modify one of its proposals, Cornetto, with a new format, flavour and price, accompanied by a campaign called “Love Ride”
Ever since it was born in Italy more than 60 years ago, Cornetto has positioned itself as the leading ice-cream in its traditional, iconic cone-shaped format. In 2014, Unilever Spain decided to give its proposal a twist presenting its new 90 ml format and five flavours at a rercommended price of 1€, with the “Love Ride” campaign. From that moment on, Salvetti Llombart has been working alongside Unilever on this project, analyzing consumers and their relationship with the product and the brand. Learnings on different levels have helped to make adjustments in Cornetto’s strategy, bringing success to the company with important sales growth.
